Q. Can I use my cell as an extension?

Answer: Yes. For the many business people who are mobile, your cellular is fully accessible from the system as if it were an extension in the building. Calls can be forwarded to a cell the same as any in-office phone, and even forwarded back to the office from your cell.

Q. What are the voicemail options?

Answer: The system fully supports voicemail, and every extension has its own voicemail box if wanted. In addition our system fully supports voicemail to email, and text alerts. So for exam-ple if you were away from your desk, and missed a call, the voicemail would be emailed to you, and optionally a text sent to your cellular to inform you that you had missed a call.

Q. Does the system have business hours settings?

Answer: Yes. Our system has full time/and day settings. This means you can have the system act one way during business hours and another after closing. You can also enter holiday and special event messages and hours.

Q. What is the Custom “Music on Hold” feature?

Answer: We are all familiar with the customary “elevator music” we hear when put on hold. Custom Music on Hold allows you to insert custom music, and messages. Having a sale? Why not advertise that to callers if they are on hold?

Q. Does an auto attendant mean my customers have to listen to a machine every time they call?

Answer: No, the auto-attendant can be programmed for a wide variety of preferences. For example, you could have the calls ring reception first, and only go to the auto attendant if the receptionist cannot get the call. This way you get the “human touch”, but have the secu-rity of still being able to give the caller options if a real person cannot answer at that time. The auto-attendant solution is designed to improve your ability to handle and direct incoming calls, while maintaining your ability of offer personal service.

Q. Do I have to buy any hardware or new phones?

Answer: No. Our systems can make use of any type of phone you have, including land-line, VOIP, and cellular.

Q. Do I have to change my existing service provider?

Answer: No. Your existing toll free or local number can be ported to our system, or just simply forwarded. How-ever, we do offer full solutions for office phone systems as well.
